How do sessions work across time zones?+
Our system detects your local time automatically (including daylight saving) and shows the session time in your zone. You pick the times that suit you from any country.

What if a teacher is absent or a session is missed?+
Our policy is clear and fair: if the teacher is absent, you get full credit for the session (valid for 30 days) and we arrange a substitute teacher. If you cancel 4 hours or more before a session, there is no charge and it is rescheduled — see our Refunds & Cancellation page.
